Absolute Distributors Inc. aims to deliver high quality Arbor Collective products to all of our online customers. Committed to customer satisfaction we aim to ensure all areas of the online store are hassle free with no risk. All skateboards sit under a 1 year warranty. If an item hasn’t met your expectations, Absolute Distributors Inc. will assess a return request via email within 30 days from purchase.

From there a Customer Care representative will contact you discuss the request and issue a return if required.

Once the product(s) are returned, we will process the refund to the payment information you supplied to purchase your order, within 2 business days.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product we will need to cancel and refund the original order and a new order will need to be placed.

There are no returns for orders placed after 30 days of purchase. Returns will not be offered on Sale items or promotional giveaways.

Conditions

If the goods sold do not meet the following conditions;

- Of merchantable quality
- Fit for the purpose you described
- Match the description given
- Are free of defects and faults

We may offer to repair, replace or refund at our discretion. You are not entitled to a refund, credit or exchange if you:

- Changed your mind, no longer want the goods or just don’t like them
- Found the same or similar goods elsewhere for a cheaper price

If goods are to be returned they must be in as new condition with packaging and tags still attached. When returning goods contact our customer service team for instructions on correct return procedures.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one year of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged from wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same colors, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items that sit outside the above Returns Policy, please email customercare.us@absoluteboardco.com with a subject line – FAULTY.

Receiving A Refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account and will include shipping costs for the faulty items and the shipping costs for the return.

Important Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on arborcollective.com As computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
