Arbor Collective uses Fed Ex & On Trac to deliver customer orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, is all the shipping and delivery information for Arbor Skateboards, Apparel, and Essentials. We do ship to over 60 countries globally. - Monday, Dec. 10th - Free/Economy Shipping (All US states except designated West Coast states)

† Economy shipping is provided via OnTrac or FedEx SmartPost. SmartPost is a partnership between FedEx and the United States Postal Service, where FedEx will deliver to your local post office, and the United States Postal Service will deliver your package to its final destination. P.O. Box, APO and FPO addresses are automatically shipped with FedEx SmartPost.
‡ Ground delivery will be completed by FedEx or OnTrac. FedEx Ground does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping to rural domestic addresses may require an additional business day to arrive.
* Alaska & Hawaii - add $10.00 (Shipping takes about 10-15 business days with FedEx SmartPost).
** The duration of Economy and Ground Shipping is largely dependent on the location of the shipping address. Refer to the map below for Ground shipping estimates.

If shipping to a PO Box, express shipping is not available. It is required to ship with Fed Ex Smartpost: 2 - 8 days for shipping.

Shipping Rates are determined by location. You can determine the rate prior to placing your order using the 'Shipping Estimate' tool in the cart or by adding your shipping address during checkout.
Note: Duties and Taxes for International orders are not included in the total upon checkout. The recipient is responsible for those charges upon delivery.

You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order.
If the tracking is showing that it has been delivered, and you have not actually received it, please contact Arbor Collective customer service as soon as possible so we can begin resolving your case.
At this time, we will not be able to deliver to unconfirmed or freight forwarding addresses.
Absolute Board Co reserves the right to change the delivery method and postage charge at its own discretion. Customers will be informed of these changes prior to delivery.
