    Where do I find parts for these? I was setting up my new Cypress bindings the other night and the screws on the heel cup were installed so tight from the factory that I stripped it trying to get it out to make adjustments. I ended having to use vice grips to finally loosen it and damaged the screw pretty bad. Also, on my maiden voyage, the toolless adjustment screw on the ankle strap fell off mid-run. Anyway, I'm looking everywhere to find these parts but have had no luck. Thanks for any help with this.

    On a 161 W Element Camber with a size 11 shoe, should I go with the M/L or the L/XL cypress binding? Didn't know if the larger size would allow more adjustability on the wider board?

    Hello Arbor - I'm an EXCLUSIVE Arbor rider - love the Shiloh boards and I mixed black and yellow Cypress bindings for a unique look. Unfortunately my yellow right toe binding feel off, nowhere to be found. Can I order a replacement along with the screw/lock piece? Any color OK.
