Arbor Skateboards: Return & Refunds

Absolute Board Co Pty Ltd aims to deliver high quality Arbor Collective products to all of our online customers. Committed to customer satisfaction we aim to ensure all areas of the online store are hassle free with no risk. All skateboards sit under a One-Year Warranty. If an item hasn't met your expectations, Absolute Board Co Pty Ltd will assess a return request via email within 30 days from purchase.

Please send an email to customercare.au@absoluteboardco.com and outline the following information:

  • Product
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Order Number
  • Return Request Information

From there a Customer Care representative will contact you discuss the request and issue a return if required.

If an item can be repaired we will inform you via email and ship the repaired product back out to you via Express post – 3 day business day delivery.

If the product is to be refunded we will process the refund to the payment information you supplied to purchase your order. If a product is to be exchanged the replacement item will be sent upon return of the original item. Tracking information will be emailed once the product has been dispatched. There are no exchanges or returns for orders placed after 30 days of purchase. Please note Custom Orders are non-refundable unless the order is incorrect or there is a quality issue.

We aim to reach a positive resolution on all queries raised directly, however, if after contacting us you are still not satisfied with the outcome then visit the Europa Online Dispute Resolution platform.

 

Conditions

If the goods sold do not meet the following conditions;

  • Of merchantable quality
  • Fit for the purpose you described
  • Match the description given
  • Are free of defects and faults

We may offer to repair, replace or refund at our discretion. Refunds and returns for reasons other than the above, must be returned within 14 days of purchase at no return cost to you.

If goods are to be returned they must be in as new condition with packaging and tags still attached. When returning goods contact for instructions on correct return procedures.

 

How To Return An Item

A customer care representative will be in contact with you if a return has been approved. To return your purchase please ship back through Australia Post. The shipping cost of the return will be issued once we have received the item. To locate your nearest outlet visit the Australia Post website http://auspost.com/au/

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged from wear are not considered faulty.

Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same colours, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items that sit outside the above Returns Policy, please email customercare.au@absoluteboardco.com with a subject line – FAULTY.

 

Receiving A Refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account.

 

Important Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on www.arborcollective.com. As computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Domestic returns on regularly priced orders above $100 will receive FREE return/exchange shipping. These items MUST be unworn with tags still attached

Regularly priced domestic orders under $100 do not qualify for free shipping for returns and/or exchanges.

All sale items are Final Sale and therefore not returnable/exchangeable.
