Downhill destinations pull us deep into the mountains to explore steep descents, cascading waterfalls, coastal bluffs, and dense woodlands.
With new horizons in sight, we vacated the urban sprawl to visit familiar ridegline roadways and seek out secluded skate sessions along the Southern California Coastline.
Our crew of seasoned road veterans included Danny MacDonald, Levi Green, Ryan Ricker, Tyler Howell, and Ross Druckrey. We camped high in the mountains and cruised above the clouds on strips of pristine pavement, then plotted our descent through countless banked corners before splashing our feet in the cool Pacific waters.
While the thrill of downhill brought us together, our common thread is the desire to explore new territory and warm our wheels on varied terrain.
